I married in late 1964 and then left the band to find work to support my family; as much as I loved the Dallas area there were few good employment opportunities available. I wound up in Delaware working for Occidential chemical in a number of positions, including being on loan to their International Division for several years. This gave me the opportunity to travel throughout the world and see numerous countries (too many to list).
I Retired from Occidential in 1989 and then started working for Kuehne Chemical in the position of Environmental Manager until 2008 and then retired a second time. I remarried again to my wife Dotti in 2005.
Wife Dotti; two sons, Charles & Christopher; two daughters, Jenine & Kristin; and 13 grandchildren (Newest: Jason Nickolas Conyer).
Enjoys deep sea fishing and crabbing.
